Cancellation Policy :
We kindly ask that if you need to reschedule your appointment, to please do so 48 hours or before. This allows your service provider time to fill that appointment slot.
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for 50% of your missed services.
If a cancellation is made the same day as your appointment, or the client fails to show or call, you will be charged for 100% of your missed services.
Emergencies/Illnesses are an exception.
